Adjustable size text on printout

description

Mainly, being able to set the output font size. My bishop wants the text larger for the printout. Would or is it possible to configure the output text size like it is the image size? Please message me back asap. Thanks

One of the issues with the font size is that the number of photos on one page just barely fit as it is. If the font size grows, you may not get as many photos on a page. But I'll see what I can do.

Could there be a way to alter the image buffers and/or margins to allow for larger font size? Also (unrelated) what happens if the family has three phone numbers? Home and two cell phones. Which one would get posted below the name, as in the case of having only one number, and which two would be by their names? Thanks for all your work. Please keep it up.

I would like to see three changes to the way the formatting works. Here they are in order of importance.
  1. Make the font size adjustable.
  2. Provide a portrait layout in addition to the landscape layout you currently use.
  3. Automatically shrink pictures so that at least nine pictures always fit onto one page.
After I print out these pages I would like to shrink them to one half size so that I can print four pages on one piece of paper and make a booklet out of them. I've made booklet ward directories before, so that part is not an issue. But I absolutely need bigger text for it to be readable, I need it be portrait layout so that it looks good and I need it to auto-shrink pictures to make it easier. Please get a version 1.2 version out with variable font size as soon as possible because without this, the directories won't get made for my ward. Then come out with a 1.3 version as soon as you can with the portrait layout so that I can make my ward directories look nice. Then at some point in the future add the auto-shrink to a version 1.4 so that I can finally hand off this responsibility to the proper yet less computer literate person.

Oh, and this is how the auto-shrink should work. Each row and each column should take up 1/3 of the page. The text gets printed first and the photo gets proportionately shrunk and perhaps optionally enlarged to fit the available space.

Alexeagar,
The auto-shrink thing sounds like it should work. I'll see what I can do. Since you have several feature requests, can you please file separate issues in the Issue Tracker for each one so I can more easily track them?

Rhuken,
I'll see what I can do for the font size. Three phone numbers aren't supported by MLS (I believe), so it's a non-issue as this program takes its input from MLS.

Never mind, alexeager, I've already created the additional issues for your requests.
